Our Offer
Through interactive group workshops, we’ll equip your people managers with the coaching skills to develop capability within their own teams; supporting them to develop behaviours and approaches that build safety and trust, role-modelling great listening, incisive questions, curiosity, care, challenge and support. They’ll feel more resourced to support and develop others, whether that’s to take on a more challenging role, lead a project, recognise their strengths, work on development needs, overcome some limiting beliefs or build their own solutions. The outcomes may be numerous and the benefits of a coaching approach are clear.

Our Approach
Workshops with us are highly interactive and energising! We will introduce concepts, offer opportunities to practice the skills and receive feedback at each stage, building competence and confidence throughout the programme. With structured feedback from Coaches and Peers, we support learners to try out new approaches and embed skills in a way that is fun and memorable. This is best done face to face and off-site but can also be facilitated virtually.
