High Performance Team Programmes:

Our Offer

Beginning with Discovery to understand your business, goals, the context and team structure, we prefer to meet with each team colleague through Discovery Calls to engage them in this journey from the outset and to get a sense of what’s working really well and what could be even better.

We’ll then design a modular programme, consisting of a number of workshops, which will be delivered by our skilled and experienced ICF accredited Team Coaches.

Before each workshop, we’ll carefully prime team members with relevant resources that enable them to be prepared to engage and participate in the session.

Our Approach

At each stage, we’ll tune in to what’s going on for the team, ‘dancing in the moment’, refining and adjusting the programme as we go to work with what comes up on the journey together, delivering a truly bespoke programme that’s designed for you and your team.

1-2-1 leadership coaching is beneficial to run alongside the team coaching programme, to provide team members with the time and space to explore and navigate their own particular challenges.
